Things are running much more smoothly at the deli that my husband and I own. We are near a busy office area and we would often have people stop in at lunchtime to grab something to eat. Other times they would stop by on their way home from work to buy some meat or cheese. Time was important and we were slow. Then we found a place to buy pre-opened bags on a roll. They have made all the difference. When someone places an order we are now able to just slip it in a bag and pull the bag off. It is then ready for the next order. We are saving a lot of time so people are coming back. It is amazing how much of a change one thing can make. We think that our business has grown since we started to use the bags.
